It’s time we choose a logo for our Bible study. We’ve collected designs and narrowed them down but now it’s your turn to cast your vote: Vote for the 310 logo! (note: more than one logo will survive…) |

Hi, welcome to the 310. We are a Christian Bible Study that meets every week in West LA area. The 310 is part of a larger young adult ministry that worships on Sundays at Grace Community Church in the valley. This website is pretty barebones at the moment, but if you’d like more information about our group, please visit our church’s website.
On Friday nights we normally meet in Westwood, but we’re currently searching for a new location. For now, we’ll be meeting in Westside Pavilion’s Community Room B at 7pm on Friday nights. Here’s how to get there:
Meet Rev. David Gray, a member of GCC, church choir member/musician, LAUSD teacher and prisoner at Corcoran State Prison. I’ve had the awesome honor of writing to him though I have never met him in person, and he has been such an encouragement. He has an amazing testimony of faith, trusting solely in God’s sovereignty in all respects. Through his divine trial, he has been able to minister to those that are there in prison with him (fellow prisoners and staff) by leading Bible studies, putting on concerts and just being a solid example of Christ to everyone there (Chains for Christ Ministry). Job’s words “Though He slay me, I will trust in Him” really do apply to David. You can check out his blog as well as his MySpace. More importantly, you can send him a letter/card. He has said that letters are gold for the prisoners, and I know that he would be overwhelmingly blessed by you should you choose to write him.
Please contact Vanessa for more information!
This Friday night, while the leaders are away, the people will play! Jazz, java, and oh… You never knew discussion groups could be so much fun.
You’re not going to want to miss this.
7:30 p.m. Same place. Almost (but not the same) time. See you there.

Two of my most favorite present-day preachers (and I am sure of many others ;-)) come together to have an intriguing conversation that touches upon on some of the most pressing issues confronting Christians today. It is also so encouraging to hear them talk about how the Gospel is flourishing in unexpected parts of the world.
Well, if you are curious to know who these men are, and the content of their conversation, then just click on the below link :). I can assure you that you will enjoy listening to this discourse.
