Thanks BPCC!

Hi all,  thanks for coming out tonight and celebrating our birthdays.  I greatly appreciate the effort y’all took in putting together a beach party for us–enduring wind, fire, and traffic.  It is a great encouragement to see you come together, giving up a valuable weeknight to serve us.  The Lord knows we need it at times, as much as we may deny it.  It is humbling to be part of a group that places other’s interests before one’s own, and to use your gifts in serving others.  The Lord is too good, my cup overflows.  May the church be unified and Christ magnified.  ~Ted.

Birthday Celebrations Galore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is for those who don’t happen to check their e-mail. Please free to inform others in the 310 that you know don’t check their e-mails or the website.

Hello my 310 brothers and sisters,

We of the Birthday Party Planning Committee or BPPC for short would like to invite you all to a time of celebratory festivities for the plethora of upcoming 310 birthdays. Come join us as we celebrate the birthdays of not one, not two, not three, but FOUR faithful members of the 310. You may be wondering who’s birthday is fast approaching. Well let me tell ya. We will be lighting candles for Miss Miranda Cheang, Adler Chan, Ted Dang, and Mike Johnson. Whoa, I think we’re gonna need over a hundred candles for the cake. Hopefully, secret agent TeDANG won’t be out on an assignment (AKA top secret mission).

The big hospital clock in room 4326 of Greenville Memorial Hospital said, with both hands straight up, midnight. Daddy had just taken his last breath. My watch said 12:01, March 6, 2007. Continue reading ‘Dr. William S. H. Piper Is with Jesus’
